a couple ideas for my concentration- outdoor nature. im a girl who loves flowers and butterflies and such. i think theyre pretty, what can i say? I was thinking about doing a nature-inspired concentration. but im not quite sure how to put this in more specific words. I wanna be able to make flowered designs on my vases, but also maybe make planters or bird feeders, or maybe even hand-built sculptures of bugs or birds. is this possible to do all of this in one concentration? ideas? this is a link to a website i found full of pottery, mostly thrown, with plant designs on them. http://www.bungalowpros.com/catalog/index.php?cPath=24
I thought about doing nature inspired stuff too, but it's pretty general. maybe you could narrow it down to something more specific having to do with nature like things having to do with flowers. or butterflies. just an idea.

ReplyDeleteI think this is a good idea. But yeah, it does need to be narrowed down a little I think. You just need to be able to have a clear way to present the subject. You should be able to use one sentence that accuratley describes your concentration. That is what we had to do last year. All the pieces just need to be connected in a strong, clear way.
